By submitting your booking form, you and your dance partner agree to the following terms regarding payment, participation, and cancellation.

For Participants

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation or failure to attend, the following fees apply based on the total cost of the week (€1,390 per couple):

• 10% if canceled after booking,

• 30% if canceled within 12 weeks of the start date,

• 50% if canceled within 8 weeks of the start date,

• 80% if canceled within 3 weeks of the start date,

• 100% if canceled within 1 week of the start date.

If a tango week is canceled by us, all payments made to us will be refunded. A minimum of 7 couples is required for a tango week to proceed. If fewer couples are booked, we reserve the right to cancel the week up to 3 weeks before the start date. Please note that any costs related to your travel arrangements (e.g., flights, train, car rental) must be addressed through your own cancellation insurance.

For Teachers

• If a teacher or teaching couple is unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement.

• If one teacher from the teaching couple is unable to attend, the remaining teacher is responsible for arranging a qualified teaching partner to replace the absent instructor.

Participation

Tangovalley is situated on a mountainside, with pathways and stair steps connecting accommodations. It is important that participants are comfortable walking on uneven terrain.
Flat walking shoes are essential for navigating the property.

Due to the natural surroundings, we cannot assume responsibility for accidents that may occur on the premises.
